If you are not using insurance and choose to self-pay, we can provide you with a super-bill (itemized receipt) upon request. You may submit this to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for your out-of-network mental health benefits prior to scheduling. We do not guarantee any reimbursement or verify your out-of-network benefits for you. All payments must be made prior to your appointment start time. We do not take cash or check. Only Visa, Mastercard, or Amex payments are taken online. Thank you!

A credit card is required when booking. In the event of less than 24 hour cancellation or no show, $50, you will be notified prior to processing.

The No Surprises Act and The Good Faith Estimate

Effective January 1, 2022 under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, a ruling went into effect called the “No Surprises Act” which requires practitioners to provide a “Good Faith Estimate” about out-of-network care.

Your time and your mental health are important to us. We have reserved an appointment time according to your needs.

With this in mind, please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
